People have always said that I look younger than I am and I suppose are act younger as well. I don't like to walk in the mainstream so it keeps me original and unique. Having a sense of humour helps!
I am close to my children and grandchildren and find nothing better than to have fun at a family bbq and cook and prepare. However, I do cherish the time on my own when I can focus on my art and crafts or pottering in the garden.
I do like the finer things in life such as holidays and evenings out, but I'm not materialist and would just as well be happy with my wellies on and walking in the woods or hiking slightly off the beaten track.
I like cooking but equally like someone cooking for me and I don't mind that person is a better cook than me!
I am easy going, patient and kind. However, we have all been there, done that and got the tshirt, so I respect that lifes experiences have kept a lot of us wary, but I'm up for the challenge.

Someone emotionally mature. I would like to meet someone who likes my same interests and can make me laugh... humour is important.
Someone loving and caring. I don't necessarily need loads of holidays. I haven't been a jet setter or wanted to go travelling around the world. Realistically being healthy, happy and loved is much more important and filling anything in-between with trips away walking a nice beach is fine my me.
I am quite an independent woman now, so i don't necessarily want some one who will want to care for my every needs.
Spending relaxing days away or at home with someone special is all I need.
