I have recently discovered via a medical event that revealed a long term health issue(which has now been, simply, rectified!!). I was aware of the symptom's and thanks to my consultants attributed them to Crohns. Looks likely, was over 40 years in the mix!!!! SO I AM STARTING 2024 a new man!.. Okay I may not be superman but feel it.
Settling into Cornwall from the end of 2023. Have successfully moved the business to Launceston, so you can call that my base. I am still really looking where I am going to call home. Better weather with the start of Spring, hopefully/I will, find what I am looking for.
I cannot stress how much of a difference my Health change has changed my outlook on life. I have always been a person to cope(SO NOT LOOKING FOR SYMPATHY!) but the health was never good and so always fighting one problem or another. This made me better left in the corner to get on with it... Not any more.. I have some catching up to do!..
It feels that my past was one of, so many missed opportunities, as my health steered its progress.

Can I just stress I am not angry about my past. I understand it was what it was, BUT life has now changed and now I will be living it differently.
Has your life gone through challenges of the past that now present you with a blank canvas going forward. Thought of sharing with a like minded person? I am fed up feeling like I have been fighting on my own, I really want to feel like my experiences can help somebody and you never know that may just help me as well!
I think if you are 'there', you know what I mean. The burdens of the past are that, in the past. SO the future is something to cherish whilst probably, still trying to repair some of the past.
I am looking at a 'Start Again' life going forward through 2024. 'Start Again', I do not mean all of those exciting things like climbing mountains!. I mean day to day life fitting in and getting on with the world in general and who knows climbing the odd mountain or two.
