Disillusioned because I’ve been on and off dating sites since their inception! What’s wrong with me I hear you ask? I ask the same question!
Widowed for 25 years. Maybe my benchmark has been too high looking for a replacement partner.
I know what I like and what feels right. Even now at 71 I still think my Mr Right is out there somewhere!
I enjoy anything to do with animals/ nature/ the environment. I’m passionate about fairness and justice. I abhor abuse of power and selfishness.
I also love moving to music. Dancing around the kitchen or a weekly line dancing class is the most I do these days. I also sing in a local choir, enjoy tv documentaries and dramas, walking the dog and trying to keep fit with simple stretches and weights at home. I can’t say that I enjoy it. I just know that I have to do it to keep my health for as long as possible! I want to see my three grandchildren grow up!
My guilty pleasures are Corrie and The Traitors!
My politics are essentially green. My pet hates are the over production and “ foreverness” of plastics.
I love anyone who champions the underdog, including the care of all living beings.
My friends have described me as open minded, accepting, non judgemental and deep thinking. I rarely argue unless important. I aim to interact with everyone with kindness. Sadly, I’m only human so fail in this endeavour sometimes!
