I like honest like like-minded people. Family is important as I have 3 adult children and value the privilege of being a parent.
I love animals and nature around us. I don't have a pet myself, but I often care for my ''grand dog''.
I enjoy diy, and have been pretty involved with that since the age of 16. My Dad was my best instructor there. I have renovated properties and made houses into ''homes''.
I love walks, gardening. Historical buildings. I am a designer, so architecture captures my interest. I love RHS locations locally here in Devon.

I was a songwriter in my 20s, and I love all types of music from classical, country and chart material, when the songs are well written!

My outlook in life, firstly, life is too short, and it needs to be shared with the right person. Live the best life you can, treat others with kindness and compassion at all times be honest, which is a key ingredient.

I love being near the sea and am at peace with nature, which I both respect and value as vitally important to our lives.
As for religion, that is a personal one; we all need to be grounded and have a purpose for our existence. On our journey through life, if we can show kindness to others, care and add to that a big dash of love and respect, we are on the right track. Yes, I believe in God. Sorry if that doesn't suit some. But, in times of need, that faith has been worth its weight in gold.
I don't wear a badge and preach from the steeples, love and faith acts with kindness and is silently demonstrated in our actions.
