I have done and been many things in my life and now feel like slowing down a bit….just a very little bit! I don’t feel as though I need to go to Australia … too far , but I do still enjoy holidays, exploring and new ventures. Love cooking, got a run on apple crumbles at present with the apples from my own tree. Like gardening but could do with someone to weald the chain saw, play Bridge and golf so am generally quite busy but would love to do it all with a companion. In other words I will have a go at most things and would be pleased to share your hobbies if you would like me to. I can dress up or down depending on the theatre or the muck spreading , but I suppose happiest in jeans.
I have had my fair share of the ups and downs in life but am still optimistic about what the future could hold Hopefully a gentleman who feels the same.

My ideal man could be YOU. Good sense of humour being paramount and knowing their own mind, but not being ‘bossy’ about it. Willing to drive or fly to see me as I would travel to visit him ( i seem to live off the beaten track for most people) and have an interest in and a great verve for a varied life style…so not boring! On the other hand a cosy fire and a good book on a rainy day can be part of the days equation so literally anything goes just don’t wear white socks unless it’s for tennis!
