It doesn't matter how old we are, its never too late to live life to the full. A relationship is the space between two individuals. It needs attention from both. Things I love doing- gardening and creating natural sculptures, Dancing and socialising, Cooking and eating nourishing food, swimming and basking in the sun, being in nature, Laughing to non offensive comedy. Trying to be the best version of myself through my daily buddhist practice and keeping body flexible through qigong.
