I still work F/T - could be a barrier if you’re retired, although I do have my eye on the horizon!
I have lots of energy and enthusiasm for the things I love most… I try to get into The Peak most weekends. Trips tend to be active, in or near mountains (love the Scottish Highlands, Skye, Dolomites, Nepal) - also happy exploring closer to home. I’d love to get to New Zealand and South America…sometime!
Prefer chilled places where anything goes...love good food cooked from fresh, from my kitchen or out. Know how to use a knife and fork and expect the same - happy to dress up if the occasion demands, but generally prefer more relaxed surroundings.

Originally from Cumbria, currently ‘marooned’ in Nottingham. Longer term, I’ll move - maybe Derbyshire, but open to anywhere with easy access to hills, nature and open spaces.
