I am a brave, adventurous, kind, gentle soul, with a big heart, who feels very lucky to have had an extraordinary life.
I enjoy the 'simple things in life' most of all. I love the great outdoors, being active, walking, cycling, skiing, visiting galleries and museums (I am a member of the National Gallery, British Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society), having adventures, travelling and exploring new cultures, ideally off the beaten path and silence.
I also like loafing about, reading, poetry, cinema, TV, volunteering and having fun. I love learning about new ‘stuff' and realise as I get older, how little I know! Teach me!
I enjoy most music genres, but I can’t sing for toffee.
