I'm considerate, caring, empathetic and very approachable, have a sharp/dry wit and oblique sense of humour.
Enjoy socialising with friends, meals (in and out) and going to gigs and festivals.
I like long country walks/ hikes, a cycle ride (not necessarily lycra clad but I'm good for about 60km ), I ski but haven't for a decade or so, so I might need stabilisers...
I enjoy "gardening" - just occasionally have trouble getting past starting it - with a view to turning most of it into food production. I'm a bit of a permaculturist.
I like cooking all sorts of foods but, although I can enjoy it, I'm not really a Sunday roast sort of person.
Have held a variety of positions over my working life and have been lucky enough to have enjoyed meeting a huge variety of people from very different walks of life.
Currently , I'm enjoying sound designing and music production - my genre is electronica and I enjoy performing live.
I also play a bit of sax and flute and have been known to knock out an old folk tune or two on my fiddle.
I'm fascinated by the science of cymatics.
I like a good., deep chat about all sorts of topics, from culture to politics to science to the quality of the beer in the pub to the philosophy of consciousness to the future of AI.....etc etc...
