I'm a friendly, independent thinker and down to earth. I'm interested in many things, especially the arts, live music, design, history and travel. In the summer I like wild swimming and I can scuba dive. I love animals and have a wee dog and enjoy our walks. Cooking is good because of the edible (hopefully) results, but I find housework boring ( I do it through necessity!). Although sociable, I can be quite shy and don't like being the centre of attention. I'm a retired art teacher, now p/t art tutor and visual artist. People have told me I'm approachable and good company.
