Seeking that special woman to make that special connection with - spiritually,physically, sensually, mentally, romantically....I like to think I'm easygoing, sensual, tactile, romantic, aware, caring, honest, positive, and can hold a decent conversation! I keep fit by doing martial arts, yoga and gym, into lots of holistic body and mind stuff, meditation, chi kung, reiki.. Also teach martial arts and yoga...and learning and appreciating how much everything is linked - mind, body, breath, awareness......
I'm not overly obsessed by material things, having positivity and happiness in your life, trying to appreciate each day and living in the moment is far more important.

I also play music ( guitar, percussion, sing) , listen to and watch live music as often as I can... music is something amazing and has so much that is does for me, re-connects me. Love most music, play a mix of styles -African being one of my favourites - Reggae, Funk some of the others....
Love being outdoors, nature, sun, sea, mountains, wild places, camping, walking. Also interested in social/human/political/ environmental issues. Would say I'm a socialist.
Though not a couch potato, I'm quite into cuddling up with the right person!
