I have a wide variety of interests and am always interested in learning more.
I’m very musical and enjoy singing in several choirs, but my musical tastes are very wide from jazz to classical, blues to pop.
I love having meals out in a wide variety of places from a cosy local pub or high street restaurants to Michelin starred establishments. I’m also a pretty good cook and enjoy cooking for others. I like travelling, mostly in Europe and the UK and enjoy staying in lovely hotels.
I enjoy looking after my garden which is admired by a lot of people and love all aspects of gardening from sowing seeds to taking cuttings and garden design.
I also dabble in photography, watercolour painting and writing.
I’m a generally positive person and enjoy good conversation, often serious but not always. I think it’s important not to take ourselves too seriously and to recognise the humour in life.
