I'm endlessly curious and have a sarky sense of humour. I like talking, reading, eating, drinking, gardening, walking. Music is generally not my strong point, nor sports! I think travel has become a bit overdone by some people and am happy to see more of Englandshire, as a Scots- born political emigre. I like long periods of quiet followed by lots of talking. I have strong opinions but can be persuaded by argument. Now I've stopped working after a tough hardworking career, I need to smell the roses.
