Retired from teaching during Covid (the best job! My third career change) and decided now was the time to have a loooonng wanted sausage dog. Fido came into my life …. and I got him a friend Finley. They are brilliant - get me out and about and meeting other doggie walkers. But there are still those lonely evenings. The boys are good listeners but don’t say much.
I’ve got many friends to laugh with - and love gardening and singing in a choir. I’m told I have a bubbly personality and a wry sense of humour. Well you would have …. Looking after two little dachshunds!
About her ideal match
My ideal match would be someone who loves sausage dogs but is at least happy for them to tag along. Sometimes you just like someone- despite differences. Friendship and mutual interests as well as learning something new would be nice. And someone who enjoys a laugh and is at ease socially. Dealbreaker… thinks Boris Johnson is great and glad we’re out of the EU. (Sorry- was that too harsh?!)
