I am a kind loving person who wants to enjoy spending time together and time with families and friends and also time just sitting chatting and making each other laugh.
I was widowed young a couple of years ago and am missing having that special person to enjoy life with
I enjoy being outside walking taking in the scenery and sometimes just sitting looking at the sky or even better waves crashing to the shore. In my free time I spend a lot of time gardening and growing fruit and veg. I also enjoy art and do some watercolour and some animal and people portraits with artists coloured pencils for friends and family. I have been told I could sell these but I do it for the pleasure of doing it and a lovely way to relax.
I love going away for weekends exploring this beautiful country or abroad to see new places but sometimes just to sit on the beach with a good book. Both of these would be a lot more enjoyable with someone to share them with.
I am told I am a good cook and enjoy trying out new recipes. I often bake cakes which I give away to very grateful family and friends.
My photo is very recent but I don’t particularly like having my photo taken. I’ve been told several times that I’m an attractive woman but looks are not as important to me as a great personality with a great sense of humour. The one thing I hate is snobbery and arrogance.

My ideal man is sociable and confident but not arrogant. I want somebody romantic that will hold my hand always have my back and in return I would care for him. Family is important so I would want somebody who fits into my family and I would fit into theirs. I love gardening and enjoy walking and travelling. I am not materialistic but my ideal man needs to be solvent. The biggest thing I need is a man that can make me laugh.
