About her
I am a warm, faithful & loving lady who loves my new dog which I have re-homed from Bosnia 2 months ago. I like to garden, cook and always have Radio 2 on during the day as I love music - especially Soul, blues & Motown but also ecclectic taste. I watch a lot of TV but not into soaps! This is my current life but in my dreams I would have a warm, loving & thoughtful partner for Theatre trips, meals out, drives into the countryside for a picnic, maybe a holiday who knows. I have been divorced for 17 years, a lot of that time I have let time slip away but very conscious that time waits for no-one and that I would like a companion and a soul mate. There are ao many local places and things I would like to experience but not on my own and spend too much time at present 'housekeeping' and not getting out to enjoy myself and miss cooking for someone. I am a healthy eater so Chicken, fish & loads of veggies are my thing which has stood me in good stead as I weigh 9 and a half stone ,only 7lbs more than when I was 30 years old but usually cant resist a cream cake. I take my dog out 3 times a day and go to a yoga class so that helps me keep fit. I dont tend to drink alcohol when I am alone but in company I enjoy a glass or two of wine. I am definitely a lover of the countryside and woods rather than beaches & vast stretches of water which I find boring, crowded, messy, loud and a bit scary as I dont swim but the changing seasons in a Wood or in the countryside and listening to tge lical bird-song I find stimulating & soothes me.

As I am fairly tall for a woman at 5ft 6" without heels it would be lovely to meet someone taller than me. Someone who is well Educated and interested in World events and how they impact our life. An animal lover who must like dogs and also loves music and the finer things in life. I love to laugh so it would be great if he had a good sense of humour and was a bit quirky with his dress sense as I am a creative soul ,so would be good if he was a cool in dress sense.
