Energetic healthy and looking to share my energy and enthusiasm for life with a companion.
I enjoy new challenges travelling and meeting new people.
I enjoy eating out and also spending time in nature.
I have four adult children who are all independent and over 30 with 3 grand kids. I’m happy to spend time with each but this doesn’t stop me spending time with a companion and following my interests.
I compete in trail races and have recently started ocean going sailing where I’ve taken part in two race competitions, supported with other crew members.
I’m spiritual but not religious.

Ideally my match will be physically capable and ideally enjoy outdoor activities ( walking being a key one ) .
Im also some one whose happy to be dining out or equally spending time at home enjoying home cooked food too.
I take pride in her appearance and enjoy being active keeping agile and fit.
I’d love to be able to meet someone who I could actually run with, that would also be amazing but it’s not essential as walking in my primary shared hobby.
