Can converse intelligently on most subjects but believe some lighthearted banter is important for a connection; you can't intellectualize everything, if you did life would be very boring.
Truly love the countryside as was brought up in a rural East Anglian village and although have lived in London and now near Cambridge; you can never ever beat a walk in the glorious English (and Scottish) countryside! Also love being near the sea. Would like to meet someone who enjoys Europe with its rich history and architecture as well as classical concerts and occasionally the theatre and cinema. Is that you?

Someone honest, loyal with integrity and courage. Courage to be who they were ever meant to be i.e. they have found themselves after living over half their lives.
