About her
I am compassionate, empathetic and self aware. Lots of fun with so much to give. I love yoga practice and philosophy so much I teach it. I have just completed a BSc in Psychology so I’m all over the mind and body thing. I love an adventure. This summer it’s a Channel relay challenge. Good conversation is a real pleasure.
My friends describe me as a free spirit. I would bubble over with excitement to meet someone with whom I could make a deep connection.
My interests are many and varied and change as my curiosity leads me. But I know the main focus of my intellectual amd physical effort is yoga and positive psychology for the benefit of myself and others.

My ideal match would be self aware too. Reflective and able to take life lightly - with good humour and empathy. They too would find physicality important to them. They would have an interested and curious nature, as intrigued by the differences between us as the similarities.
