About her
I am a youthful, energetic, easy going, caring, affectionate, open and thoughtful person who loves nothing more than good conversation, connection, and laughter (I found it hard to classify my humour as it is varied). I am bi-national and lived many years abroad only returning to the UK to be closer to family in 2016: I am living in Oxford now although lived in London for many years and frequent there often (and could imagine living there again perhaps) to see friends and family, take in an exhibition and theatre etc. I am a person with strong values who cares about many aspects of life. I love my work, now self employed as a clinical psychologist/Social Anthropologist which is fascinating and helps people. I am lucky to have the flexibility to decide how much I work. I have a wonderful relationship with two lovely grown up daughters (not at home), two wonderful sisters: I have a passion for oil painting (portraits) and recently returned to playing tennis and singing in a choir.
I like my own company but most enjoy sharing experiences with those I am close to including a companion which I hope to find. I enjoy caring for others, the environment and much more. I believe I have much to offer that special someone on many different levels. I relish in sharing with family and friends, visiting art galleries, long walks-long talks, bike rides, dancing and playing tennis and reading last thing at night (apart from work related stuff of which I have many on the go at once). I am not into TV though like a good film or documentary and some series (e.g. Wolf Hall and Unorthodox). I love listening to the Radio (mostly Radio 4) and while I music does move me I tend to listen to the World Service, Radio 4, podcasts, comedy like the quiz show & the unbelievable truth and much more. I would eventually like to dedicate more time to climate/environmental issues.

It is hard to be descriptive as so much is in that elusive chemistry however I am looking for a like-minded person with compassion, humour, sociability, intelligence and shared values who like me seeks emotional connection and a companion. I would love to share conversation, walks, bike rides, visiting museums and art galleries, theatre, dinners and cinemas and get togethers with friends and family. I always enjoy learning something new. Travelling is attractive also (though I am conscious of my carbon footprint).
