These are difficult times!
Interesting, funny, curious, imaginative. I'm compassionate but not soft. I enjoy my own company but love conversation with like minded people. Would rather cook a nice meal at home than go out. Although part of me wants to ski I'm much happier in a museum looking at beautiful pictures. I listen to Radio 4 when I can't sleep. Fascinating. Also enjoy classical music and pop music from the 60's 70's and 80's. I'm still vain and care how I look. My conversational French is quite good - and I use it with the U3A on Zoom. I would love to find a guy who is interested in establishing mutual trust.

No such thing as an ideal match. I enjoy a interesting conversation and a worldly sense of humour. Someone who's travelled a little and knows another language as well as English is helpful but not essential. Emotional baggage is fine as long as it doesn't get in the way too much. A little sex appeal helps although this is often in the eyes of the beholder. I'd rather take a cruise in a boat with red sails than a floating La Vegas or like the paddle steamer in Death on the Nile with Peter Ustinov.
