Somehow, getting now used to "home sweet home" as one stays longer and longer on his own! I wonder whether it is a good thing or bad!
Three months ago, I have returned to this website after a reflective period over the loss of a very loving partner. Like many, I tried a fresh start but as one gets older, it's getting more and more difficult. So now, may have to get used to be on my own. A homebody, I love classical music more than pop music. I can't stand rap. Outdoors, I love travelling, walking/trekking and trying new cuisine. I still have a lot in my bucket list I would like to accomplish, the majority of it are related to travelling (foreign and domestic). Sex is not important, in my opinion, for any meaningful relationship, be in temporary or permanent. Friendship is more important. However, I do agree that there is nothing that could replace a warm cuddle and/or a close hug. I am pretty vanilla, with kissing my biggest weakness! Not into any kinkiness, I am afraid! Just a simple gay man following the ethos of "carpe diem"!
Looking for companionship in the activities that I could enjoy together. A naturally homely and tidy person, but somehow described by my close friends as a bit bossy, with a twinkle in their eyes. However, I am not put off by their comments as I believe that if I don't care about you, I would not want to waste any energy to speak out and care for you. Patience is a very rare virtue nowadays!
