About him
Happy chap, I work from home and pretty much choose the hours too. Escaping the rat race was easily the best move I have ever made! So I have a fair bit of down time to enjoy doing fun stuff. Whether that's spending a day by the coast, trying to master my saxophone (though right now it is broken!) or running and weights in the gym keeping myself fit.
I'm not sure how much you can tell about someone from a pile of words on a page - I do believe that you can tell quite quickly after meeting someone whether there's an initial connection or not. I also think that one phone call is worth a hundred messages, and one meeting is worth a hundred phone calls. The danger of spending too long chatting and not meeting, is you'll build up an image of someone in your head - and then have to do a very quick mental regroup as they are standing in front of you for the first time!
I'd describe myself as intelligent, caring, fun loving, loyal and romantic. I keep myself in shape - and ran a half marathon a few years ago . I'm a positive person to be around - very much 'glass half full!' I'm easy to talk to, chilled out and unstressed.
I enjoy all the normal things - and life is so much better shared with someone special.

What's important to me in someone special? A great sense of humour, chemistry, trust and honesty are incredibly important. Someone who is confident, articulate, passionate, and tactile - comfortable with who they are without the arrogance, just respectful. A great conversationalist and good communicator.

Where do I start? I've known Jon for ages - and what great fun to be able to spill the beans on him!
First off, he's a handsome chap - the photo is very recent - and if I was single myself, well who knows. Great to have him as a really good friend though, he just needs someone special - one of you will be a very lucky lady...
Jon's an intelligent guy, who's caring, fun loving and loyal. I know that he keeps fit and keeps himself in shape - he ran a half marathon last year (I said he wouldn't make it, but he did - and quite quickly too!).
He's a very positive person to be around - very much 'glass half full!' He's naturally confident, easy to talk to, and with a great sense of humour - a genuinely funny guy, quick witted, who loves good conversation. No embarrassing silences with Jon!
He has worked for himself for some years (has his own business - though I don't understand what he does when he tries to explain it to me!) and is very chilled out chap. One very laid-back, unstressed guy, who's got two kids who live quite nearby.
Some lucky lady is going to find that Jon's a really romantic chap - I know that there's a passionate side to him that just needs uncovering. And I understand he's now into cooking all sorts of exotic (and apparently - so he tells me - edible too!) dishes. In short, he's fun to be around - and might even be the perfect guy. I could go on, but he'll just get embarrassed!
